David
Moon
David is Managing Director for Coyne Partners. As sponsor of key strategic
initiatives as corporate CIO of Westin Hotels, Mark Travel Corporation and
Doubletree Hotels, David has spent the last eight years advising clients
on strategy, capital projects and merger execution with Arthur Andersen,
Netfish Technologies, Peregrine Systems and Tatum Partners. David's recent
clients include Equity Office Properties, Outrigger Hotels, Colony
Capital, Calex Homes, Chatham Capital, NTT Corp and Vivendi -Universal.
David earned his BS and MS in MIS at Cardinal Stritch College, his MA in
Urban Geography at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and his MBA from
the University of Chicago.

Paula Mitchell
Twenty years of demonstrated leadership as an executive
specializing in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis and Modeling,
Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources Administration, Strategic and
Annual Operations Planning, Supply Chain and Program/Project Management.
Paula’s financial management accomplishments focus on increasing client
profits and reducing expenses through the application of financial
analysis and business process implementation. Paula’s experience includes
program management, Director of Finance, Director of M&A, Materials
Program Manager and extensive responsibility for budgeting, forecasting
and program management with Lockheed Martin, Spectrum Astro, and Cadence
Design. Her professional services clients have benefited from Paula’s
outstanding results in M&A, financial systems integration and program
management, including Black & Decker Corp., Autodesk and Serena Software.
Paula earned her BS in Business Management from Arizona
State University and her MBA from Woodbury University. She has held a Top
Secret clearance from 1982 through 1999, and earned her Certification in
Government Contracting from Cal State Northridge.

Bob Young
Bob has managed the technology teams at two large ski resorts and has led
extensive software implementation teams. His enterprise software
experience includes Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDE, Siebel, Remedy and Great
Plains as well as expertise in various hardware platforms and operating
environments such Oracle, Tandem, HP-UX, and Sun/Solaris. Bob has led the
development of a new global reservation system for a leading hotel company
and established an ASP hosting environment and call center operation for a
global consulting company. His consulting clients include IBM, American
Express, The Irvine Company and The Cosmopolitan Resort Casino. Bob
provided strategy planning and research for the future development of a 5
star resort that includes both hotel and vacation ownership properties. He
also assisted with the planning and coordination of the transitioning of a
‘flagged’ 4 star property to private management.
Bob served as the CIO for both Keystone Resorts and Aspen Skiing where he
was responsible for applications supporting lodging, condominiums,
conference operations, ski operations, marketing, food and beverage,
revenue management, finance, timeshare, central reservations, and
purchasing. He was the Director of Software Development and Integration
for Westin Hotels and Resorts as well as the Senior Project Manager &
Business Partner for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Iomega
Corporation. Bob was the Director for Technology Outsourcing Services as
Arthur Andersen and worked as a consultant and project manager for CIO
Advisory. Bob earned his BS in Mathematics from the University of Denver.

Sandi Mills
Sandi is Director of Business Development for Coyne Partners. With over
fifteen years experience in professional services with Arthur Andersen,
Sandi has an outstanding background in project administration and client
support with clients from Honeywell to the Las Vegas Hilton, International
Harvester and the State of Texas. She had extensive experience with real
estate development, investor relations, and government contracts and
compliances issues. Sandi has filled key roles in HR, corporate training,
call-center administration, contract administration, and project/budget
planning. Sandi earned her BBA in Marketing from Indiana University.

Julie Manning
Julie is a Principal with Coyne Partners. Having developed product and
marketing strategies for publishing, medical instruments, distribution and
travel companies, Julie's executive experience includes Eli Lilly, Ingram
Distributing, Nicolet Vascular and Sara Lee. She earned her BA in History
from Lawrence University , and her MBA from Washington University .

Bill Mudge
Bill is a Principal with Coyne Partners. Through his twenty years of work
with financial institutions, Bill has managed business-critical projects
for large Wall Street firms and has played a key role in product and
strategy development for several capital markets companies. As a Director
in the Quantitative Analysis group at Merrill Lynch, he developed many of
the tools and techniques in use to standardize option pricing techniques
for interaction with Merrill's institutional customers. Bill's experience
includes substantial depth in fixed-income management and pricing systems,
including development of Andrew Davison & Co.'s website mortgage analysis
software, and conversion of many high-volume trading and financial systems
functions from Excel. Bill has earned his section 7 and section 63
qualifications in the securities industry. Bill earned his BA in Art
History from the University of Chicago and his MBA from the Stern School
of Business at NYU.

Phil Newell
Phil Newell has over fifteen years
experience in Business Management and Information Technology, recently
responsible for customer facing technology products for Six Sigma Qualtec,
one of the leading Six Sigma deployment companies in the world. In his
role at Qualtec, he successfully led the development of SixNet
Intelligence, a web based Project and Portfolio Management and Protect
Tracking tool. Specializing in using Business Intelligence to provide
value added services to complement product sales, Mr. Newell is recognized
as a key player in multiplying revenue from product sales through BI
consulting services. Phil has published several papers and is an
accomplished speaker at internationally recognized industry conferences
where he frequently introduces new concepts to business and technology
managers on enhanced strategic alignment of business improvement methods
using technology solutions. Prior to Qualtec, Newell spent six years as an
integral part of growing a $70M consulting company into a $2B technology
division of a $4B Human Capital Management company. The experiences
spanning Sales, Marketing, Business Management and Technology Innovation
make him an extremely valuable asset to organizations as they leverage
technology to enable business growth and increase shareholder value.

thirty years experience, Phil has led financial departments for Corning
Glass Works, the State of Wisconsin , Caesars Entertainment and Westin
Hotels and Resorts. Phil earned his BBA in Accounting from the University
of Wisconsin – Oshkosh .
