About

Premium city advice

We bring you the market knowledge of a full, multi-service firm with the independence of a boutique.

Our exceptional advice is based on our unrivalled experience of acting for City clients.

If you are a City business, our lawyers have likely advised you or your competitors.

If you are a City individual, our lawyers have likely advised the business you are leaving, joining or with which you are in dispute.

We have worked at the world’s largest professional services firm, PwC, and the top-ranked Employment law practices at Allen & Overy and Simmons & Simmons. We have been seconded to the HR and legal teams at UniLever, Tate & Lyle, Shire Pharmaceuticals, the BBC, BlackRock, Barclays and Societe Generale.

without the city premium

No matter the complexity of your challenge, or the personalities involved, our expertise, candour and understanding deliver elegant solutions that work for you legally and commercially.  Yet, our lean operating model means we can charge a fraction of the rates applied by other City firms without any sacrifice in the quality of advice you receive.
